伤寒论中太阳病临床主要分为：一，太阳中风，主要症象为脉泘缓，无汗。二，太阳伤寒，主要症象为脉泘紧，无汗。三，太阳温病，主要症象为脉泘数，渴与不恶寒。其治疗上因伤寒，中风初起是风寒表症，宜辛溫解表，温病初起是风热表症，当用辛凉解表，不可误用辛温。以此为主要区别点。
