张明权治肾结石验案

　　

       我在上海南汇区时用中药煎剂治愈肾结石患者，至今仍记忆犹新。

　　沈健，男36岁，嘉兴冶金厂工人，住院病人，1976年6月14日初诊，患者嗜食肥肉，又因铸钢车间作业，不喜饮水，1970年有过肾盂肾炎病史，右肾结石已一年，在杭州一院手术切除后，左腰又觉酸痛，X线片检查示左肾有阳性结石，回乡求诊于我。

　　见形体较胖，左腰酸重且胀，右肾手术处皮肤有红肿，上脘胀痛，食欲不佳，口苦嗳气，头胀痛，尿黄赤不畅，舌尖红有紫点，苔白腻，脉沉数，诊为石淋，处以当时的南京“排石冲剂”。处方：金钱草、海金沙、过路黄、滑石、蒲公英各30克，瞿麦、川牛膝、车前子、穿山甲、制大黄、香附、延胡、乌药各9克，广木香6克，木通4.5克，服6剂。

　　服药后头胀已除，脘胀痛已缓，右肾手术处皮肤红肿已退，小便渐多。前方减木香、香附、延胡，加石苇、萹蓄各9克，服26剂，嘱多喝开水，服药后作跳跃运动，禁肥甘食物。

　　7月10日，X线复查，未见阳性结石，腰胀已除，小便间断排出泥砂样结石，小便清长，舌质正常，苔见白腻，脉缓，唯腰酸乏力，治以滋补肾气而清余邪，处方：菟丝子、牛膝、川断、狗脊、山萸肉各9克，桑寄生、车前子各12克，滑石、海金沙各18克，服半月后，诸症均除。1982年5月随访未复发。

　　后我调到嘉兴二院工作，因配不到南京“排石冲剂”，按方改成汤剂，也获确切疗效。如治俞叔卿之女，23岁，凤桥地区卫生院，肾结石，服本方10剂，继续排出砂石，改方为：乌药9克，广木香、煅瓦楞各18克，金钱草30克，滑石18克，石苇12克，瞿麦12克，过路黄24克，泽兰叶9克，茯苓12克，鱼脑石12克，泽泻12克。砂石陆续排出。

　　还曾用此“排石冲剂”治疗输尿管结石病患，效果也很好，剧烈疼痛很快缓解，使很多人免受手术之苦。
