　　有些时候某些作者在文题中喜欢使用非英语词汇(如拉丁语，个别有例外)。某些医学术语是以地名和人名来命名的，但是并不常用，因此在文题中放置似乎不妥。例：Cotunnius’disease 是指坐骨神经痛(sciatica)，但只有少数读者才能在不查词典的情况下看懂!

　　所以文题应写的具体而又清楚，能读者迅速获得知识就可以了，如A Complication of Translumbar Aortography 其中 complication 指的是什么?修改为 Aortic Dissection after Translumbar Aortography 这样是不是效果会更好。

　　修饰词位置不当

　　这里有一个修饰词位置不当的例子：Toxoplasmosis in Humans Derived from Cats 正确的写法为：Toxoplasmosis Derived from Cats in Humans

　　又如：Cars Blamed for Pollution by Scientist 正确的写法为：Cars Blamed by Scientist for Pollution。

　　注意文题中词意上的重叠，如Tuaumatic Injuries of the Inferior Vena Cava;Surgical Postoperative Bleeding Associated with Aspirin Ingestion;Sterilization with IUD Contraception
